Guild Reports

As usual, I am always so excited to share the Clarington Quilt Guild news and let everyone know what is going on in our neck of the woods. 

Mayne Island Quilters outdoor quilt show at the Japanese Garden at Dinner Bay Park had a generous tea room overlooking the ocean.

The Flying Needle Quilt Guild meets at the Millarville Community Church, just a stone throw away from Calgary, Alberta.

The Langley Quilters’ Guild continues to meet in-person with some members still opting to attend via Zoom.

The Thunder Bay Quilters Guild continues to meet via zoom. This year has seen many guest lecturers, including Canadian Red Cross Quilts.

We had 550 visitors to Stitches From the Heart over the two days: 40 items at the Silent Auction table and 7 vendors.

The Parksville Quilt House Quilters Guild was was founded in 1979, the first guild formed on Vancouver Island.

During the pandemic, the Summerland Material Girls were happy to work at home on the CQA Row of the Month Quilt Along project.

The Rayside Balfour Quilting and Stitchery Guild enjoy making quilts, block of the month and a workshop to make twisted table runners.

Many changes for the Bluewater Quilters Guild over the past two years. When we could not meet in person, we gave Zoom a try.
