Artist’s Statement: "There’s no such thing as a glass ceiling for women. It’s just a thick layer of men."—Laura A. Liswood. Men’s shirting and floral, Liberty® cottons depict the stereotypes pervasive in our workplace cultures. The higher women progress in their careers, the more layers they encounter. Imagine the women who never make it past the "Layers of Men".
