Artist’s Statement: "Growth Rings" reflects my personal journey. I designed both the foundation-piecing pattern and my own fabric used in the trees. First, I created some acrylic, dirty-pour paintings, then photographed and manipulated them in Photoshop and sent to them Spoonflower® to print my one-of-a-kind fabric.
