Materials: Cotton fabric, bamboo batting and small, metal letters.

Techniques: Machine appliqué and machine piecing. Hand stitching for letters. Domestic-machine quilting.

Artist’s Statement: After losing my husband, I reflected on life’s pathway. The road is split in two. Where do we go? Do we have hope? Emotions swirl and blessings come out of those emotions. The little, green piece in the binding is no mistake; after we die, we are simply no more of this world.
