Trying to stay connected and furthering our quilting journey our tech and program people sated our appetites with a combination, hybrid and virtual meetings and lectures.  We continued to make our block of the month with Shirley making pieced blocks.  Currently making needle turn appliqué blocks with Jill.  We began virtual program speakers in August 2021.  Some of the persons presenting were, Sharon Fisher wool appliqué trunk show, Kelly DuMaresq using scraps trunk show, Peter Byrne with modern quilting.  We began hybrid meetings in November with Gail Garber, quilts of New Mexico followed by Rose Parr with a presentation on ergonomics.  Sue Sherman with Journey of a Renaissance Quilter, Sheila Frampton Cooper fiber arts journey and Valerie Wilson’s fiber arts planned for the March meeting.  Inspiring and educational for all those who could participate.  Our committees have been busy with guild functions.  Library and outreach charity quilts continued to steam ahead through these difficult times..  Happy to keep the craft we love alive.
