Add Exciting Techniques to Your Quilting Repertoire
In this lecture Robin describes the methods she uses to embellish quilts and quilted projects. At this time in history we are able to access sophisticated mechanical and computerized sewing machines. Robin feels passionate that these machines should be used at their full potential giving the user so many methods to quilt. This lecture relates to both domestic sewing and long arm quilting as all methods of surface design relate to both types of machines and skill levels. Robin will discuss helpful tools and techniques such as couching, free motion quilting, thread painting, ruler work, grid work, trapunto, combining decorative styles and more to add more exciting interest to all quilted projects.
