Paper piecing is a time-honoured method to achieve precise, sharp points and perfectly matched seams in quilt blocks. The method is ideal for making small blocks with intricate angles and is experiencing a surge in popularity with the trend toward mini-quilts and pictorial quilts. The projects in this book are modern and contemporary, using both solid and bold colours to better show off the complex, but easily made, shapes achieved with paper piecing.
