With the CoVid-19 virus and its variants of concern continuing to hold us in its grip, the Quilt Show Committee made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 event. We look forward to a spectacular showing of wonderfully created quilts for the 2023 show.

Monthly Zoom presentations continued in March with Peter Byrne on the topic of “Behind the Seams”. Melissa Marginet presented “Walking Foot Quilting Designs” in April.

The Saskatoon Quilters’ Guild AGM will be carried out over Zoom in May, and a windup and Garden Challenge presentation is slated for June, again over Zoom.

We are all hopeful that the world will soon be free of this pandemic’s grip. I expect it will be several years before we feel completely safe while socializing in person.

Be safe, stay healthy, wear a mask, and get the shot!
