Entries for Quilt Canada 2025
Purchase Deadline May 21 2025:
Groups purchasing 30 or more Entries may purchase their tickets at a Group Rate of $24.00 + tax/person ($27.12). The regular price for Online Entries is $30.00 + tax ($33.90). All Entry Wrist Bands for GROUP RATE must be purchased at the same time (Deadlines below) directly through the Quilt Canada Registrar (Do not use the online registration form).
All Entry Wrist Bands for Groups will need to be picked up by 1 preassigned person at the Registration Desk in the QC Lobby at the International Centre, Mississauga.
WORKSHOP ATTENDEES IN YOUR GROUP

You could have people who will be getting an entry at the workshop that they have signed up for.
All workshops (either full or half day) will include a COMPLIMENTARY ENTRY to the Show Hall good for the day of your workshop – wrist bands will be picked up in your classroom. Wednesday, June 18, workshop attendees will receive an entry wrist band good for one of the days that the Show Hall is open.
Group Cheat Sheet of Dates – 2025 – Mississauga, Ontario
- March 26 – First date to place your ticket orders.
- May 21, midnight ET – Last Date to order Group (at least 30) Discounted tickets.
- June 11, – Last date to do a single add on to your tickets for the discounted price.
- June 14 – noon ET – Last date to purchase an online Entry (after this date, Entries need to be purchased at the door beginning June 19).
- June 18– June 18 – The Merchant Mall and Show Hall are CLOSED
- June 19 to 21 – Show Hall is open 9:30am to 6pm (Saturday closes at 4pm)
