Vendor Payment Details:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 plus applicable tax (12%) is due within 7 days of receipt of this application.
The cost of a Quilt Canada 2026 10 X 10 booth is $1350 plus applicable tax (12%). If you would like a corner, the cost per corner is $300 plus applicable tax (12%).
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Sign up and pay in full for your booth by September 30, 2025 and receive a 10% discount on your booth (early bird discount does not apply to corners and sponsors who receive a free booth as part of their sponsorship benefits.)
You will be invoiced for the amounts below minus the non-refundable $500 deposit. The CQA/ACC bookkeeper will send an electronic invoice within 14 days of the receipt of your application and deposit.
CQA/ACC accepts payment for booth rentals by cheque, credit card and e-transfer; details will be on your invoice.
To guarantee your booth rental, you must pay your total invoice by March 2, 2026 (if you have not taken advantage of the early bird special pricing).
