Materials: Cotton fabric, mixed fibre, paper, hemp, silk ribbon, wool, Angeline, paint, tea bags and tulle.

Techniques: Hand embroidery and appliqué, machine, fused, raw-edge appliqué, collage, confetti, dry-needle felting, machine piecing and longarm quilting.

Artist’s Statement: If boats could talk: dreams of pirating in Smuggler’s Cove with bed sheet sails and laughing crew fill my days with anticipation of setting off on a new adventure.
