Artist’s Statement: While visiting glass artist John Nutter’s studio, on Granville Island, Vancouver, BC, a black, line drawing caught my attention. With John’s permission to create this drawing in fibre, I made several design changes to adapt a variety of textures, as well as played with scale and dimension.
