2021 Virtual Merchant Mall Booth Application
We are excited to present “A Celebration of Quilting in Canada” being held online June 16 – 19, 2021 . And CQA/ACC is offering virtual booth rentals to vendors in the Merchant Mall area of the event site.
What event attendees will experience:
For a nominal entry fee, registered conference attendees can enter the event site and access:
- the quilt galleries, which will include the National Juried Show and other concurrent shows
- the different learning sessions (lectures, demonstrations and National Juried Show Tours) that they have registered to attend
- the virtual merchant mall
A Virtual Vendor Booth – What Can You Expect?
Once you submit your application and pay your rental fee this is what you can expect:
Six to eight weeks prior to the start of the event, you will be contacted via email to “build” your booth within the provided conference platform. An easy-to-follow template will be provided that allows you to add your information to your virtual booth. If assistance is required with this aspect, then the company we have contracted to run the conference can be used to assist you (at an additional cost).
On the conference site, your business name with link to your virtual booth will be appear in two locations. Your business name will be listed alphabetically on the Vendor List. In addition, the conference site will display a graphic showing an image of booths in the vendor area, much like an aerial view of an in-person tradeshow. Within this graphic, your booth will display your business name and logo. Attendees can click on either your business name on the list or on the booth graphic to enter your virtual booth.
Once attendees click the link to your booth, they will see the following features (depending on what you have chosen to load into the booth):
- Your logo/banner and business name
- A description of your business (provided by you)
- Pictures inserted within your description
- Contact information
- Link to your website
- Link to your YouTube or Vimeo video (if applicable & customizable)
- Any social media links you choose to display
- Ability to live video conference with up to 25 people at a time through a platform similar to Zoom within your booth (optional)
- Ability to have links to PDFs from your booth
The merchant mall will be available to registered attendees from June 16 – 19 for the event. Plus, all registrants will have continued access to the site for 60 days post conference, so they can visit your booth again and again after the “live” conference ends.
In addition, once you sign up and pay for your virtual booth, your business’ name and link to your website will be listed on the CQA/ACC website under the Quilt Canada 2021 Merchant Mall

Applications will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Your virtual booth will be reserved once the rental fee has been submitted.
We limit our vendors to those that provide quilting and related services and supplies.
No refunds of virtual booth rental fees after May 1, 2021.
There are limitations as to the number of vendors we can accommodate on the virtual platform, we recommend you do not delay signing up for space.
