Quilt Canada 2019 Ottawa Hotels

CQA/ACC has obtained special group rates at a number of hotels which are in close proximity to the EY Centre. The special rate rooms are limited and the cut off date for receiving the special rate is mid-May of 2019 (note that the cut off dates vary by hotel) so early booking of your reservation is advised. You will note that each hotel has instructions on how to book these specially priced rooms for the conference.

To make a reservation guests can call either the toll-free number 1-800-565-1311 or direct line 613-288-3500 and ask for the group confirmation code 061119QUI


4. Hampton Inn Ottawa Airport

To book at the Hampton Inn Ottawa Airport, here are your booking options:

  1. Call the hotel directly (613-248-1113) and provide dates and block code QCA and the front desk staff will take care of the rest
  2. Go to www.hampton.com
    • Enter city and dates
    • Click on “add special rate codes”
    • Enter QCA in the “group code” section.

5. Holiday Inn Express and Suites Ottawa Airport

To book at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa Airport, here are your booking options:

  1. Call the hotel directly (613-247-9500) and provide dates and block code QCA and the front desk staff will take care of the rest;
  2. Go to www.hieottawa.com and follow the steps below:
    • Put in the exact dates of check-in and check-out (they have to coincide with the group block dates)
    • Under the box for Group ID enter QCA (block code)
    • The group rate with the group name will automatically populate.
