DESCRIPTION:The Grey County Charmer’s Quilt Club is hosting a show of quilts based on the well-loved Log Cabin quilt pattern.  Over 100 quilts in every imaginable variation of the Log Cabin block will be on display.  Quilters were challenged to incorporate red\, yellow and/or black fabric (provided when they joined the club) into the quilt front or back.  These three colours are considered traditional centre colours for Log Cabin blocks and this was intended to recognize the charming history behind one of the most popular of all quilt blocks.

DESCRIPTION:The Northern Lights Quilt Guild of Western PEI celebrated their 25th anniversary last year\, \nbut were unable to celebrate with a quilt show. The guild has had several quilt show over the \npast 25 years\, and this is the their third quilt show at the Eptek Art and Culture Centre in Summerside\, PE. \nOne quilt show was October and November. The next one was January and February. We look forward to a spring show. \nThe Eptek Centre is closed on Monday and Saturday\, and open from 10 till 4  the other days. Suggested donation: $5.00
